I’m Christopher Caleb, lead Flash developer at WeeWorld based in sunny Glasgow, United Kingdom. WeeWorld is a social network and virtual world with gaming elements for teens. Millions of people flock to our site to create a WeeMee of themselves and if you’ve not been before then why not pop over for a visit. You can even export your WeeMee to many of our partners including AIM and Windows Live Messenger.
As well as developing Flash content for the web I’m particularly interested in Flash for mobile devices and have considerable industry experience creating Flash Lite apps and prototypes. These days my mobile involvement is restricted mostly to personal projects that target Nokia handsets. I’ve been accused of being a bit of a Nokia fan-boy, although with the increased penetration of the iPhone I think we’re becoming a dying breed.
This blog is an attempt to keep track of the many personal projects I start but mostly never finish, and an outlet for my views and opinions on most things Flash related. Oh and I’m also a huge Star Wars fan so expect the occassional ramblings and references to George Lucas’ sci-fi movies from time to time.
If you find anything I say vaguely interesting and feel like getting in touch then you can contact me at info at christophercaleb dot com.
